The Hawaii Healthcare Information Network (HHIN) is the state’s health data exchange. The system allows providers and practice staff to check eligibility and benefits for FEP Basic & Standard members. Log in at hhin.hmsa.com.

You can find provider fee schedules for PPO, Costco, and Medicare Advantage plans on our website’s Fee Schedules and Benefit Matrices page.
Your Type 1 NPI (individual and unique to provider) is required for access. Entering a Type 2 NPI (group/organization) will result in an error message. You can verify your NPI information at the NPPES NPRI Registry website.
After entering your Type 1 NPI information in the designated box, please complete the verification prompts before clicking the button to view fee schedules.

We’re required by law to keep our provider directories up to date. At the start of every quarter, correspondence is emailed or mailed to all participating providers and practices reminding them to verify that their information is up to date. Also, your participation with us is promoted in our online provider directory. No action is necessary if the information listed online is correct.
