Keep in mind that this is only an estimate and the actual cost may not be the same.
To get a pretreatment estimate, simply contact your dentist’s office and ask for one. Your dentist will work with us to create the estimate based on the treatment you need and your plan benefits. Be aware that it can take anywhere from a few days to a couple of weeks to get your estimate.
