Your Online Account

Need information about your dental plan quickly? My Account lets you access personalized information easily.

If you have an HMSA health plan, you might already have registered for My Account. You’ll access dental information through that same account, such as:

• Review covered services specific to your plan.
• View and print Explanation of Benefits.
• See your Calendar Year Rollover status (for eligible members).
• See the dependents on your account.

Don’t have My Account? Follow the prompts to register online.

View dental claims online

Your dental claims information is accessible online through My Account. To access your dental claims:

• Log in to My Account.
• In the Benefits tab, select Dental Benefits in the drop-down menu.
• On MyDentalCoverage page, click Claims.
